Finally, back on line!

Good grief. Internet took a dump Saturday afternoon. Of course, it has to be over a weekend. Finally, back on this morning. Verizon showed up and found the issue in no time. Not detected by a test, but a actual probe of the line. The phone line from the modem to the phone splitter was bad. He commented don't see it often, but it can happen. Replaced. Done.

I had a similar issue. An outdoor component was apparently fried by lightning. Had to be replaced. My wifi was intermittent prior to this.

Yea, it happens. Tech is great till it dumps. I will confess, that was rough all weekend without!
