1/4 NPT Quick Disconnects for Air Hose

I have the air hose. I have cheap HF quick disconnects that leak air with the tire inflator connected. I looked at Milton and Prevost. What say you who are happy with their air hose setup?

I don't think you can wrong with Milton. I have a bunch of them (air hose reel, air tools, bead-blast cabinet) and don't have any complaints.

Re: 1/4 NPT Quick Disconnects for Air Hose

I've been using a prevost connector on my air hose at work for the last 20ish years. OK, I've used 2 - I had to replace my first one maybe 5 years ago.

I've got the blue body/silver release button version. As you can gather, it's been great. Love not having to pull the collar to insert an air tool, and the only time it's ever popped a tool out is when I've dropped it/tossed it to the ground.

To bbmach's point, I bet Milton would be just fine as well - all the fittings at the end of the hardlines at the shop here look like they're Miltons, and I can only think of 1 that's had an issue (likely due to not being used very often).

I do like the push button release on Prevost. I first saw Prevost on YouTube presented by Matt Morman. I was impressed.
