From the factory, no, best you could do was a 304ci V8.
AMC never had a big block. However, AMC did a "Yenko" and allowed a dealer to do a run of Gremlins with the 401ci V8 (bored and stroked 304).
That said, I've seen Gremlins with big blocks at car shows/meets ... 427's and 454's.

I saw a Gremlin with a NY state plate that read: ERICS LUV years ago. My initial thought was, "Some people will love anything"
Those cars were God-Awful.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Re: 2021 Bronco reserved
For all the folks interested in the new Bronco and listen to podcasts, look up the July 15 episode of Spikes Car Radio. The host has a really good interview with guy who lead the development of the new Bronco and talks about some of interesting features of the vehicle.
The interview is the second half of the podcast and you'll probably want to fast forward through the first half to get to the good stuff. The podcast can be hit-or-miss depending on the topics and special guests, and last week the first half is a miss and the last half is a hit.

This Stroppe Bronco rendering is quickly changing my thoughts on color. May order one in Oxford White and have it wrapped like this.

I like the look as well. The weren’t retro’ing the old 2doors that competed with old full size bronco. 2 different class of vehicles for to different types of peoples

Re: 2021 Bronco reserved
I am thinking of picking up a second vehicle since seeing vet in real life dashed my C8 dreams. after seeing a juiced up gladiator (was not a fan of it stock) was thinking that might be it. Mught have to wait to check out the Bronco. It is a nice looking vehicle
Either one would end up like this. Can’t wait to see what the after market brings for the Bronco.

I exaggerated a bit but he's narrowed down his "toy car" list a bit. When he sees this he can comment on what's on that list
