Anyone else jack themselves up detailing?

the only major time i got hurt is when i was standing on a platform and one of the legs wasn't locked and one side collapsed. nothing like crashing down on your back and banging your head on it...

if i detailed daily (like many do on here) i would definitely have a back brace. my lower back tends to get sore after a few hours of bending up and down...

Just saw this meme this morning and had me rolling!

I'm turning 45 in 2 months and I feel really good. It's rare I have an ache or pain.
Fingers crossed I still keep going strong!
