Should I go to traffic school in CA?

I accidentally went by a stop sign but thankfully I can still take traffic school. I have a clean record

Should I even do it? I feel a stop sign ticket shouldn't increase my insurance right? Technically non-moving violation (jk)

After doing a quick search, I've come across one called Best Online Traffic School (frankly they all say best or cheapest LOL ).

    Any experiences?

Re: Should I go to traffic school in CA?

Whenever any of my friends become concerned
about “points”, for a moving violation, going on
their driving records...I tell them that attending
traffic school is always worth looking into—if for
nothing else: more positive evaluations regarding
    future vehicle insurance rates.

    Note:
Keep in mind this is OH that I’m
    talking about. CA? YMMV.

Do online. I just did it. I read way more than I needed to. I could have done it in like an hour.

Way better than the premium increase.

going to traffic school will still remain on your record for 3 years, but the insurance will not know which keeps your premium the same. i would do it...

The only reason it remains on your record for 3yrs. is to prevent you from being able to attend again... Other than that I wouldn’t consider it remaining on your record.

@OP. Forget online class... Go irl, there’s always chicks at traffic school. Lol

I haven't been for many years but it is worth going once in awhile. You actually may learn something.
