I'm keeping the Kia emblems and let the haters hate. I had an Audi S3 owner talking smack until I blew the doors off of his over priced Jetta .

Re: Yes, I bought a KIA
Good to see the Stingers getting some love. After seeing almost none on the road for the last couple of years, I'm starting to see quite a few now...to include one in an blazing yellow color I didn't know was offered.
The Soul is a great car too. I've always enjoyed getting a Soul as a rental car. Last year I was on a business trip near where my parents lived and spent a couple of days with them. They are life-long domestic car company owners, but they were blow away by the Soul and continuously raved about how it was the perfect car for them. Even with the base engine, it had plenty of power to get around the eastern side of the Rockies. If they only lowered it about 1" the handling would be perfect.
Not like my vote matters, but I rather like the new Kia logo. As both Kia and Hyundai mature into their place in the market they need to show buyers they aren't the same company famous for cranking out sub-par product 15~20 years ago.

The yellow was a launch color and had paint issues, Derek can explain it better than I can, plus he had one of those as well

Re: Yes, I bought a KIA
Here’s my old yellow one. Kia recalled it because of paint issues. The deal was get a new car, trade yours back in or get it repainted and get $5000 for your troubles. I tried the repaint but the shop just couldn’t get the yellow to match right (they only painted metal components ) . I traded it in for a red on red. My wife was happy, she hated the yellow.
