I sympathize, been there done that. I had a broken tooth extracted, bone graft put in, and eventually, an implant replaced the broken tooth about 6 months later. 15 years on the implant is still going strong, which it should for costing me nearly $7k.

I was more whining about it being on a Saturday than about it having to be done, LOL, but thanks! Been a long time since I've had that type of thing done and pretty surprising how good my dentist was able to do it. Makes me feel better about the impending root canal he's got to do in a couple weeks.

You say this as I lap it in Forza Motorsport, which is why I got curious. I did a mediocre 7:17 in a '99 Diablo GTR with slicks. I was hoping for under 7, I csn get there with some more laps. I tried running my Toyota TS040 Hybrid but the course is difficult with a thoroughbred race car like that. Turns come REALLY fast lol.

James May hates the ring, the lack kf structure behind the "lap records" is likely a factor. But he hated cars for it because he said it made the engineers make the suspensions too firm for regular use. To his point, you don't take a racetrack to the store. Though, that does sound fun.

I found my best time at the Ring, a 6:59.879 in an 09 Corvette ZR1 RM (Race Modified). I've included a screen shot, damn, it was 12 years ago. What amazes me from the list is the 04 SS Commodore doing a lap in 7:24, I must have really set that thing up.

I tried some laps today in the '10 SS Camaro RM, the best I could do was around 8 minutes. I also discovered the battery in my controller is dead, I had to leave the cable connected, it won't even charge anymore.

Got the heads on my Mustang rebuilt and slowly going back together today.

Oh, and flushed the heater core while it was apart. Got some nice brown stuff and debris out. Hopefully that helps with the heat.

Re: What did you do today non-detailing related?

Washed down beehives to get ready to paint

    Hyper Wash and fender brush

    Warm water wipe down

I set them to dry separately and I’ll let them sit overnight and stack them back and paint them tomorrow, along with a new medium depth box

I wonder if anyone has ever ceramic coated a beehive?

Hmmmm What did you do today non-detailing related?

    New side hustle?
