But, probably telling when a friend of the shop who owns a Cryo treating company specializing in freezing brake rotors also stopped using them.
Not uncommon for cars these days to wear the rears as fast/faster than the fronts - I've figured it's from stability control systems helping regulate car attitude by doing a little squeeze on a rear caliper. I've seen cars come back from track days that have turned the rear caliper paint a different shade from all the heat of the rear brakes working overtime to keep them on line, even if they've had the stability control off.
I have already warped two sets of Zimmermans replaced under warranty. At about 1,200 miles from what I assumed to be lot-rot. Then again around 20k for bad pulsation. The pulsation came back again a few thousand later. By the next oil change for sure. I gave up with the local dealers on the matter I got the run around at both.
I wanted to change the brand as the factory rotors with OE pads clearly were junk. So sad....my GTI had vented rear rotars...never had an issue. These thin 12mm rotors are just pathetically inadequate I feel. The front Brembo rotors I am getting at not the 1 for 1 OE replacements, these are cross-drilled and the 1 for 1 on the GTI Clubsport S. They are around $100 more for the set then the standard ones. Thank you for the warning however that is disappointing to hear...nothing is good anymore. Our new fridge had the compressor fail 48 hours after plugging it in and welp lost most of the contents of the fridge....

Good to see you pop up on here Ayden, I haven't seen you post anything on here for a while. There has been an issue with people losing their access for no apparent reason, and no one to help them get back in.
