Very nice. I'm not sure about where you are but in CA we don't have the humidity but it does get into the 90s and sometimes 100s and 2500-3000 CFM attic exhaust fans really help keep it cool up there in that space between the roof and the insulation between the ceiling joists. We have three of them on the house (which saves immensely on A/C bills) and a fourth one on the garage. The garage used to go above 100 on hot days. Now, just with the fan only it rarely goes above 80, even if it is 105 outside. There is enough thermal mass in the concrete slab and insulated walls to keep the ambient temps that low (in the garage). The temp at the peak of the garage ceiling is about 150-180 on really hot days and the air coming in through the vents is the outside temperature. I measured all of these temps using a thermal gun. Actually, having two undriven cars and multiple large tool chests also helps keep it cool in there.
