I've done 3 with Rust Oleum Epoxyshield Professional Floor Shield and topped with the Epoxyshield Premium Clear Coating. The first one was done 7 years ago and it still looks great. No peeling or lifting at all. The key is good prep work and you won't have any issues.

I rented a large orbital floor machine with sanding discs and scrubbing/abrasive pads. I first power washed the floor and after it was dry used the sanding discs. Power wash again. Next I used the Rust Oleum degreaser - spread on a section and then used the orbital with scrubbing/abrasive pads. Power wash again. Last prep step was the Rust Oleum acid etch. I'd do a section at a time and sprayed on the floor. I used the orbital with an abrasive pad to work it in. Power wash again. I let the floor dry for 1 or 2 days and then applied the epoxy, flake and clear coat per the included instructions. A lot of work but well worth it in the end. The only thing I'd do different would be to put down 2 applications of the clear coat.

I used epoxy master and their chemical resistant urethane top coat. Its holding up much better then other over the counter type kits I've seen. I used a diamond blade on a 7" grinder. Then power washed floor. I made my own spike shoes so you can walk on it when wet to flake it etc. You can order the kits from epoxy master and their squeegee works pretty good. I don't have any peeling and its been on 7 years.
