Re: What are you eating?
I absolutely love peanut butter.I recently tried hazelnut paste, it's much more caloric, but it tastes incredible!

Does coffee count?
I have been making coffee at home like this for a few years now. It took me a while to find the beans I like and how to adjust my machine to give the correct extraction. Perfect way to get me going in the morning.
And of course, my machine is red like the other red things in my life.

Made my first ever brisket. Ended up being on the smoker for 11.5 hours total. Then rested, still wrapped in butcher paper inside of an empty cooler for 2.5 hours. Not bad for my first one.

I'm not sure where in Michigan you are...but Houston to Detroit is only 1,302 miles and will take approx 19 hours and 22 minutes, but it may be worth a road trip!!! That looks scrumptious, great smoke ring, juicy...and not polluted with BBQ Sauce yet although a little is acceptable!!!
Pat yourself on the back, great job!
Mix that with some eggs in the morning and you've got a hardy breakfast too!
