Dont know how much detailing and autogeek has helped anyone, but it has helped me alot

For a couple of years I was not feeling well mentally and ran into all sorts of issues and encountered some depression and stress. Through autogeek and finding a new hobby, I was able to meet some great people and learn alot too. I often did not feel okay at times but autogeeek was able to make me feel a bit happier each day and there are some great people on this forum. If you are in fact new you definitely can learn a huge amount of info here. If you are a veteran member, you can still learn each day and if you do struggle with something like I do, I hope you are able to overcome it but also know that sometimes doing something you like to do like detailing has been helpful

Just thought Id make a post that is different than the usual we see here

    I applaud your post Bill.

Detailing my truck is indeed a kind of therapy for me. I'm glad to read that you have found the same kind of joy in it.

Good luck & God bless, Bill.

Bill, I'm happy that you have found a way to peace. Depression can be a nasty thing.

One of the main reasons I enjoy detailing my vehicles so much is that I find it therapeutic. It's a nice escape from the challenges of the real world for a couple hours.

Glad it's working out man. I too find peace getting in touch with my OCD Self. Just walked outside and had to resist a late night rinseless....
