I also agree an EZ Up would be very beneficial to you.

Re: No Shade For Car Washing
As another that has no shade, let me say this - Sunrise is your friend!
I use ONR, Garden Sprayer, and "Garry Dean Method". If it's real dirty, a quick run to the Coin-Op to get the heavy dirt off. But I always start about 15 minutes before the sun comes up. Gives me a good 1 to 1 1/2 hours before it gets too hot to work.

Re: No Shade For Car Washing
If you want a traditional car wash to use in direct sunlight, use Duragloss #901 Car Wash Concentrate. I literally wash the entire vehicle before rinsing away soap residue. It rinses freely with zero streaks or spot. Follow up with a drying aide starting with the glass first.

Re: No Shade For Car Washing
I have the same issue living in South Florida. I havent yet been sold on a complete waterless wash, I guess I just love my hose.
What I do, when its super hot and sunny is make sure I really keep my car wet, mist lots of water over it constantly. I dont let any particular panel dry. Despite my best efforts, there will still be some water spots left, which I eliminate by using a drying aid (any quick detailer and many spray waxes work for this).

All Poor Boys products are sun friendly and advertised that way. Give them a try. They are now located in sunny Florida.

Re: No Shade For Car Washing
If you like a traditional soap wash, Dylan from Rupes has said this shampoo can be left to dry(edit: he says extended dwell time) and then rinses well.
RUPES M101 High Concentrated Detailing Shampoo
I have not tried using it this way yet though.
Edit: Here's the thread where Todd comments on it, post #12

Re: No Shade For Car Washing
I have NO shade at my house either.
I can wash my Ram in about 45-50 minutes, including drying time with my leaf blower, and 2 drying towels for 5 minutes.
Just did this today. Started at 6:45 am here in NY. Sun isn't touching my truck in any real way until 8:00.
So, my way is to rise with the roosters.
