    Polishing is back breaking

I don't know how you guys do this for a living. I'm a short guy and leaning over the car for the flat surfaces is back breaking. I should try and build scaffolding so I can lay down while polishing

Sounds like you need the setup from "honey I shrunk the kids" when the dad is searching the grass with the magnify glass so he doesn't step on them lol

If you're talking about doors/fenders, get a rolly stool. I have one that can be flipped on one side and then can use it as a step, so I can get the center of the roof (I'm also short). It's a life saver for sure.

When it's hot out it's definitely a workout. I had to start wearing a headband so I didn't sweat all over the paint!

You need one of these: Polishing is back breaking-imageuploadedbyagonline1468937625-916700-jpg

It's like a human transmission jack.
I saw them looking for an under hood creeper for my work - something to use to get to the way back spots in the engine bay. I ended up getting this one:

It actually gets some serious height! I'm sure made with trucks in mind, but BMWs stuff everything so far back I needed one so I wasn't laying on things I shouldn't.

Buy a Werner AP-30 Aluminum Pro Deck Work Platform. Home Depot usually has them in-store for $65. Don't skimp and buy the smaller AP-20, and don't buy the flimsier Gorilla product. I bought mine for working on my truck, but I like it so much I use it for cars, too.

Nothing wrong with the AP20 version, its half the price. even more if you get it on sale
the larger one doesn't add any benefits, as you'd still have to step off and reposition it to get rest roof...one extra foot step doesn't justfy an extra 30 bucks..nor am I close to needing 300lbs capacity

I wouldn't mind a rolling stool, but doesn't seem ideal when youre a mobile detailer.
