    Undercarriage protection

Do you bother protecting bolts, fuel lines, suspension etc with wd40 or a silicon spray something along those lines

    Re: Undercarriage protection

I just recently started using the Kärcher chassis wax sprayed on via my Kärcher underbody chassis cleaner. But its too early to know of the durability etc.

    Re: Undercarriage protection

I don't use anything on my under carriage but silicone spray will collect far less dirt/grime than an oil based product.

    Re: Undercarriage protection

Check out some reviews for Fluid Film. It's not permanent, but it's easy to apply, relatively inexpensive and easily available at Lowe's. I've done brake lines, fuel lines and suspension pieces on some of my cars with POR 15 and Eastwood Rust Encapsulator. A lot of effort, but it's permanent protection.

Boeshield T9 is great. I use it to wipe down any black oxide/bare tools I have, and all my Zephyr screwdriver bits. Plenty of other uses as well.

Don’t look any farther than fluid film. Used it for years. It’s been proven for a long time.
