CRM software

Hey guys,

I am in the process of looking for a good CRM software. What are you using?

My needs are probably typical for a detailer, I just want to be able to send mass emails when there is a new plan or service, send an email at the client's birthday and do
periodical check ups with customers.

So far I have looked at a few softwares but nothing seemed to fit my needs. So, any suggestions?

I use Zoho CRM. You can create templates, do mass emails, create events & tasks, store documents globally or to each account/contact, which is nice.
I scan the VIF for each customer and attach it to their account. Most features are free but if you want mass mailing it's $15.00 per month.

Ok, thanks I will have a look at it. Do you know if you can activate the 15,00$ plan only in the months you want to do mass mailing? If so that is great. If not I don't think I would go with something costing 200$ per year.
