Re: Duragloss Enviroshield Ceramic Coating System
I wonder how many vehicles the 4oz will do. I know when I use Zaino I can do a 99 Dodge 3/4 ton quad cab with 2 coatings with less than 2oz. If this is the same it seems it will go a long way and the price is definately right as with everything DG makes.

Re: Duragloss Enviroshield Ceramic Coating System
I'm a huge Duragloss fan and have been using their products for a long time. But I'm not trying this one. Two years durability? Are you kidding me? I would go nuts!
I don't want anything to last more than six months because that is the max I can last without starting to get the shakes. In fact, four months would be more like it. I simply can not go that long without stripping and trying something else, thereby rending this kind of technology useless. I must have my fix sooner than that. This may not apply to pro detailers but for us hobbyists I have to say (and I have said it at least a hundred times), these coatings take the fun out of detailing.

Agree, I am not a coating fan either. Last coating I used was DLux and it water spotted bad enough I could not get rid of it without Compound and a rotary. I am wondering about this coating and headlights tho.

Re: Duragloss Enviroshield Ceramic Coating System
I am gearing up to detail my FX this spring, and plan to use a DG product. I did the wifes minivan last year wth 601/105 and was happy. I may give this a try, but hopefully others will post up reviews first.

I think you are spot on here Dave.......that's my thinking also.
I can use 501,105,111,or so on and never use more than a once or so on larger vehicals I'm thinking that this will coat several.
thin is in but thinner is a winner.
I have been reluctant on trying coatings just because I like testing!
but with this New DG product the test is on! LOL, and with my past experiences with DG I bet 2 years may be a understatement.

I agree 2 years is probably the minimum if you live on the Equator near a live Volcano. Let us know how it works out please.

Will do!
I may have to do my first show & shine.....I have always been so busy that I haven't had time for the documentation.
