Sandpaper is available in different levels of aggressiveness and the number 2500 denotes what grade or grit level a specific sheet of sandpaper is in relationship to other grit levels.
#2500 grit sandpaper would be considered a fine grit paper.
Glad to know about this chart but i professionally do this work in my workshop for the shining matters of many cars.I like it .Some points re adding in it and its a little bit different from my chart. So nice to add more points to my chart.I like it.
Its so simple to understand. If you are a mechanic so its easy to understand otherwise its difficult for you these are all polish compounds. Scoott representing a chart of its different types, why you get confused of it?
Extremely helpful. Lets hope AG updates their product chart to avoid some confusion. As an example, they show Power Finish and Medium Cut Polish as the same thing (PF2500). Thanks for posting that.
