Tried the new Optimum Spray Compound and polish

They are superb! I only used the compound on one fender. The polish did the trick everywhere else. No dusting and SMAT. Brilliant IMO! Im done with M105/205 and the Menzerna Twins!
Topped with UPGP. This was on my XLR which has the same hard as hell Clearcoat. The Ford has ceramic clear so that will be an even bigger challenge! This should be every beginners polish & compound IMO!

What type of buffer and pad combination did you use? I'm waiting for more information about this product before I make a purchase.

Griots with LC 5.5" Hydrotech Tangerine pads. I didnt need to go to a finishing pad as I originally thought I would.

Give your XMT away except for maybe 360 and get Optimum Spray.

I love the Optimum Spray Polish. It feels like I use less of this product than I do others and get great results. My next order will be the Spray compound. I've used them with the Griots DA and have had great results.

I used them with a PC and LC flat pads and had excellent results. Highly recommended purchases. Not ready to give up my 105/205 though!

You're dealing with a hard clearcoat as you stated. Not sure if you work on other cars, but once you run into a soft clearcoat, optimum sprays will not finish as well. They were designed with hard clearcoats in mind. Also, HC uses 100% SMAT. HP uses SMAT and DAT. Dr. G is a genius.
