Agreed. Anything that requires a hose rinse doesn’t get added to my year round regular maintenance schedule (although I use Hydro Blue for wheels in spring thru fall). SiO2 sprays requiring zero rinsing get me more excited this time of year.

Awesome stuff! Ordered from Autogeek earlier this week, found a bottle at my local autoparts store today! Using it as a wipe on/wipe off product! Crazy beads, no product waste!

Just saw a video by Apex Detailing that used an applicator to put the coating on. He said it was a much better way of applying with less wasted product.

Just curious. any thoughts of using DA polisher to apply the first/base coat.

Base layer is recommended to be applied to a wet surface during the drying process. Seems like more work using a DA at that point. Could give it a try and see if it is worth it.

since this contains silicon, is it an abrasive? Does it have cleaning properties similar to a cleaner wax?
