Applied BW two months ago. Didn't do anything special as far as prepping or sealing in. Still looks good. Also did engine plastic parts and hoses. It's much more glossy than the exterior surfaces. Guess the washing and UV does wear it down a little. Still very pleased with the results.

I gotta get this stuff, maybe it'll be my cure for trim, Ford trim seems to reject everything on their trucks.

Surfer..the one I did was a Ford truck with the notorious Ford fade..the bed rail caps and bumpers were gray...I used a magic eraser to clean any oxidized plastic off..wiped it down with alc and applied BWx2...and worked like a champ..I see it every day at work and still looks good....trick is to wash it after and apply a trim product over it to keep the BW sorta locked in.....

I'm going to have to try that Al. My Ford F150 has imfamious Ford fad. The truck looks great except for the exterior plastic which looks like crap.

It's a great product. Is expensive but you have to use a very small amount of product to cover a big surface.

This is my first post here on AGO. Just so there are no misunderstandings, I am the creator/manufacturer of BW, and I'm here to provide clarification on it as needed.

As for pictures, have a look at these pix that I took on a 2006 Interlagos Blue M3 that I paint polished a couple of days ago--a 16 hour detail for those that are interested.

This is how much that was used for that whole area

Ken Smiley over on Caymanclub.net sent me an email yesterday telling me that BW is still looking great on his Jeep fenders despite having endured two snow storms.

BW is so concentrated that even a car like a MINI Cooper with tons of plastic will probably take around 3 years before you go through the bottle. Considering the price, ease of application, long lasting protection, and great looks, I don't think it's that expensive. I mean how often do you go through a bottle of wax for your paint?? If you're waxing 2 or 3 times a year, I suspect a single bottle will last quite awhile!
