Not yet, I think maybe Wednesday. Over 2000 miles to Pacific North West.

Re: Rupes iBrid Status
I wonder if I will get one by the end of summer if I order now... or if I should just wait until AG has them in stock and put the money towards a new extractor for now.

Re: Rupes iBrid Status
I got mine today
Having 2 issues
1 I thread the counter balances till motor moves, followed by the backing plate..turn on and whole things comes off after a few seconds
Only does this with the counter weights
Backing plate stays attached to counter weight and counter weight untreads while machine is running
If I screw green adapter and brush, it stays attached
Other issues is the direct drive button doesn't engage/stay down
With red counter weight I can push button down, but it doesn't lock in and just pops up when I release pressure
With blue counter weight it won't even let me push button down..
This is with it on off position
Did everyone that received theirs have 2 empty circles in their case too?

Are you using the spindle lock button to hold the rotation and tightening the eccentric down with the included wrench?

Not sure what you mean by 'direct drive button' - do you mean the spindle lock? That is only to be used when attaching/detaching your eccentric set and it is spring loaded so it only stays down when pressed. [/quote]

Where were these 2 circles? If under the tool cut out space in the case those are supposed to be there.
