Black cast Harley wheels
Hi guys, need some help here and I know someone has run in to this before. I have an old Harley with the cast aluminum wheels that are machined on the higher surfaces but painted wrinkle black on the insides and the black is faded. What can I safely use to darken the wheels? I use the S100 engine bright for the wrinkle coat on the engines, but I don't want to use that on the wheels for fear of it making the tires slick. Any ideas? Thanks!

Re: Black cast Harley wheels
Try a product like SONAX Wheel Cleaner, all wheel cleaner, chrome wheel cleaner, aluminum wheel cleaner, full effect wheel cleaner The fading may actually be oxidation from the brakes, or a combination thereof.
Test spot with Optimum Opti-Seal 8 oz. Free Bonus! New & Improved! . These type products will darken clean faded paint with almost no user effort.
