Never dull = always polishing.
I can say this because after 20 years in the USN, I have well done my time with ND and more than my share of bright work. Never dull will shine,, but it has the longevity of a virgin on prom night. There are much better products out there.
For chrome and metal on my bike I LOVE S100 total cycle finish restorer. It smells good also!

I have used plain old toothpaste. A little dab on your finger tip and rub it over the spot gently.
