New from Dallas, Texas

Hey all,

I'm Ken from Dallas. Always been into keeping my car looking car show clean and recently took a job managing my buddys' Customs Shop Wash and Detailing services. So far its a very small operation, and we're just beginning to get our marketing going. Slowly business is building, very slowly.

Joined here to learn more, and hopefully grow as a Detailer. The amount of things I need to learn is immense and I look forward to learning from you all.

Any advice for a new Detailer/Manager?

Thanks, yeah we are still working on "our" process. That and wanting to speed up our wash process so we have more time to focus on detailing.
