"Layangman"...... isn't "layang" a Malay word meaning "Kite?" It's been 20+ years since I've used it.

I have a Mitsubishi Galant 1992 GS, nothing special, but she's been holding up . I've seen a video of the same car as yours on youtube and I think it's a pretty sweet car.

Yes, I used to be OK at Melayu. Born and raised in S'pore. I had to take Malay as a 2nd language. English is my main language. Saya budak Serani. Finished my GCE "O" Levels, served my 2 years NS (1979 to 1981), and came to the US in 1982. So whatever Malay I knew, I rarely used unless around my cousins. Which means my Malay now, kinda sucks. LOL. I have lots of relatives in S'pore, but I haven't been back since leaving. Gotta get back sometime and makan banyak.
There's another member here, who's also in S'pore. He and the S'pore car forum he's on, uses a lot of Duragloss products. What do you use on your car? Planning to expand with some Autogeek stuff?

You meant the one in the Japanese test circuit? Yes, that's a cool one.

To achieve excellence, excellence cannot be rushed. Technique is just as important as the product used.
While my approach takes more time, the results are far superior.

Hey...nice to know you were raised here! My Melayu is also "so-so", due to lack of use, enough to get buy, but not good enough for serious conversation. Bet you missed all those spicy Malay food huh??

Well, I love my car, but I can't spare too much time on it like washing cause its really time consuming and "sakit belakang" (back-ache). So now I use Purple Slice (sent by a friend in another business) as a gift. I am stuck on it since....as long as car is clean and dry, I just spray and wipe off for that deep gloss.

Previously I've tried so many type of sealants, carnauba wax...but in local weather, in a week or two, its back to sqaure 1, so might as well save the $$ and use a simple product that shines easily, saves time.
