Hey guys, my name is mike and, as the topic says, live in MN. I just recently got hit by the detailing addiction, and am loving it. I started in november when I got my 2010 black ford fusion, and learned the love-hate relationship that comes with owning a black car. Now, thanks to AG. i've gone from abusing her with Nufinish to laborously doting over every Klasse SG haze mark I find and discovering not to take a book by its cover with collinite 845.

I'm from mankato, about 2 hours south from the twin cities, and I hear ya on black being a full time job. I'm planning on using about 4 coats of klasse sg (after thier AOI and proper prep, of course) follewed by a coat or 2 of collinite 476 for next winter. From what I've seen and read, that should be enough protection. Till then its time for experimenting.
