    Talking Hi from Germany

    Hi all,
I found this forum while looking for a fix for leather damage. I didn't know there was so much info on detailing. I may have found my next hobby!

I saw some pretty good reviews for leatherique, so I ordered some. Next project will be removing car wash scratches. Any suggestions on where to start?

    Hallo und herzlich willkommen.
For scratches, I would recommend getting yourself a dual-action orbital buffer kit. Griots Garage buffer, Meguiars, Porter Cable, or Flex (German and fantastic, this is what I use). Buy it with a swirl remover kit. I have the Flex and Wolfgang kit (Wolfgang FLEX XC3401 Polishing & Swirl Remover Kit, wolfgang polishes, flex buffer, menzerna, lake country)..
This would be my suggestion. And get some clay for your car.
    Mfg.

    Yes.

Start a "new" thread in this forum

And write a title that tells everyone what you're wanting to do, this way you'll get lots of great replies.

Right now your question is in the Introduction Forum Group and the title is

    Hi from Germany

You'll get a lot more replies, tips, techniques and recommendations if you start a dedicated thread for your detailing project in a topical forum group for your project.

A DA Kit is a good way to remove swirls and scratches if you're new to machine polishing... from my article list...
