    New from Indiana

I've been detailing for six months now.Since then i have detailed several cars, trucks and suv's.I get all my work by word of mouth and hand out simple business cards i had made.I use Griot's Garage products because i get them at cost from my work.

The one step sealant does an amazing job.The best of show is awesome as well. The trick is not to apply too much.Just a little gos a long way.

I was able to take a detailing class here at my work.Griot's had one of there detailing guys here to teach us the basics.I learned quite a bit and keep learning something new every week.I am glad i found this forum.Learned a lot the past few days.

Word-of-mouth and simple business cards are a time-proven marketing method. Taking a class can really flatten out the learning curve too...

We think you'll like the fourm... lots going on all the time...

So when you gonna come to Indy to give us some training, Mike?

I would love to attend some classes but there aren't any offered around here.

They have a distribution center here, in Plainfield, which is actually only 30 minutes or less away from me. I should probably visit there sometime, but I feel like Griot's products are overpriced.
