New Member From Florida

Hello,

Just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. I own CarBuffs Mobile Detailing in Jensen Beach, Florida. I have been in business since 1998 in the Martin County area.

Two years ago I started CarBuffs Detail Systems, we manufacture detail trailers and sell full business start up systems.

I look forward to getting to know everyone!

Thanks for the welcome. We employee 4 people including myself. I operate the van unit, one person on the open unit and 2 people on the enclosed unit. I also run the Detail Systems business with the help of my wife in the office.

Do you drop off the employee(s) off at the location with the trailer(s) and then pick them up, or do you have a vehicle for each unit?

Sorry if I am asking too many questions. I have seen a few businesses do it that way. Where they have 2 or 3 units on the road. They would drop off one unit with 1or 2 employees, then the same with the other unit, and so on. Then when they finish, go load the unit and employees up, as well as the others.

I have been thinking about doing this myself, but trust worthy employees, yet alone one that want to work, are hard to come by around this neck of the woods.

Hey Chris,
I have a warehouse where all the units are stored. The trailers are pulled by the guys personal trucks. We all meet every morning and every evening so I have control over everything. It took a lot of employees to finally find some trustworthy, hard working people. It is a lot of work, but it always pays off at the end of the day!
