I'm only averaging one job a week at home just now, and it's usually just a basic job... but this here tartan spartan is running on 14hr days 6, sometimes 7 days a week. please throw any and all advice at this here noobie dipping his sponge in the water

have sent my mate who works in a body shop to see if he can sneak me a scrap hood to practice on
