Re: Video: Trying P&S Bead Maker for the first time.
15 days after initial application, all slickness gone after first wash with ONR. It did seem to stay cleaner than usual, and I drove thru a couple of good rain storms. Beading was average during said rain events, which doesn't make sense being how slick it is. But then again, PNS isn't slick at all and beads like crazy.

I will use BSD once a month. Twice a year I use a finishing polish, followed by PNS. Frankly, my cars have never looked better, or stayed cleaner longer. I think I could easily get away with doing the cars in the spring, using BSD once a month and only have to do the polish and PNS once a year.
Hey. Good to see you posting again. I see you like PNS and BSD. They are great. Knowing that you like this combination, I would say to give the Sonax CC36 ceramic coating a go. Think of it as PNS on another level. BSD also worked well with CC36. CC36 has a 1 year claim but one can extend it with PNS or even BSD.

Today was the first I took the Explorer out in the rain after using BM and I must say I'm not impressed with the sheeting. The rain water beaded like crazy, but it wouldnt slide off. I prefer my beads to slide off while driving than just sit there.

30-45mph. Typically as soon as I start to back up the water is rolling off the paint.

At 45mph the beads should not be sitting on your horizontals.

They started rolling off around 30 mph. It was like the water beads were clinging for dear life on the paint. Lol

One observation, I've noticed that Bead Maker tend to crystalize and get frozen easily and faster than water alone in cold weather.
In any case, I'm almost out of my 1st gallon of Bead Maker, about to order my second gallon.
