Hello,

Does anyone use an app to keep track of clients?? Types of cars,past service history anything like that??

I use google doc spread sheet
date, customer name, service i did, price phone number.

it's nice since i can access it from anywhere as long as i have internet

also do the same thing for items i buy.

Point of sale system. There's lots, and at different price points. I use one called POSE Point of sale.. just search around for one that has all the features you need at a price you can afford.

I use square for payment but wanted to use some sort of app to keep track of clients instead of a binder with tabs for each customer

My business runs it self I get 3 to 5 calls a day.I don't follow up with them.when they want service they call me.I use to do it when I first started out .Detailing clientele is a revolving door if you lose 4 customers you gain 6 back so know I don't do it .

I dont keep track of my customers to call them or market them, I keep track of customers to manage their history, and my loyalty program.

I save customers plate number as last name, so when they come in (randomly) I have all their info on my screen before they step out of their car. Based on their history they will receive a loyalty discount, and possibly a recommendation of a higher service if it's that time based on previous orders.

That's what I want to track as well, but was hoping there was an app so when I'm mobile I can just bring up the info
