I would add two or three different prices for different coatings products.

Anything with more interior detailing? I don't see anything beyond the basic package until you list "Shampoo by estimate".
You may want to be more explicit in layman's terms what "basic plus full correction" is. At first glance you're using 3 in 1 and Powerlock on a basic and *maybe* 400/4000 on the full. Not every car needs the cut of 400 for correction. 2500 to LSP ready then Powerlock will cover a lot in which case there's really not a lot of differences in the packages. And you're leaving the roof out. Horizontal surfaces, hood/roof/trunk are gravy with something like a Rupes. I don't see the $125 difference really. As far as pricing though I don't know what the cost of living is where you are. You're high for where I am but I'm out in the sticks.
Not trying to knock you, just constructive criticism.

Much appreciated. I am still up in the air on the middle package I'm not quite sure if it is necessary as opposed to me just offering the service of for correction on those services ala carte. As far as interior I will vacuum clean all surfaces and dress I will also condition the leather and that is offered in every package. The only thing that I decided to leave out of that is shampooing as that can be easy or a complete nightmare.

Heres what I'd do...
Change the basic package to premium, and the premium package to premium plus. this is to show that it's the 1st package plus a little extra.

Less is more Billy. People who have the 7 package laundry list just confuses the customer and makes you have to spend 20 more additional minutes with them explaining the difference. Daily commuter, I got one for you. Maserati or just someone who takes lots of pride in their Ford Taurus and wants it to be super mint, I got one for you. Done, adios. I laugh when I see all these ridicules packages listing products and service for instance in the description 1 step 3D Shine and carpet extraction or Toronador gun.... People have no freakin clue what their talking about. Basics, IMO are always better. Someone who knows correction, it comes out very quick, and those folks I'll spend all day with discussing options.

So is 3 too many? The more i think about it. I am thinking that the 2 you have is perfect. Im thinking of pricing at maybe 200. For my old Basic, now called Premium, and then anything else should be estimate only.
