Satisfaction survey
This week I will be setting up a satisfaction Survey for my clients.
I am wondering if any of you guys use this and if so what questions do you ask?

In the past I have done a few surveys for various uni. courses. I use them to back up my thesis statements, power in numbers. What I typically do is use Google Forms that automatically saves to MyDrive and I can view the results there, I attach the link to the survey on my schools Reddit page so it is visible.
Google Forms are...okay. They are free which is good. The results are in an Excel style which is good. And you can view results in real time. However there are downsides. I'm not the most computer savvy person, one time I received around 1500 responses which was great however I couldn't figure out how to take my data and have Google turn it into a graph for me. Ultimately I ended up using a 3rd party tool to organise 1500 responses to 10 questions. Let me tell you counting 15,000 results and then typing them in takes a while. Anyways.
The questions have to be balanced. Especially if you plan on publishing this data. Also stick with 5 possible answers per question. A 10 scale can be too much and it's hard to distinguish between like a 6 and 7 on said scale.
Ex) How do you feel about our prices?
1- Very high
2- High
3- Fair Market Value
4- Low
5- Very low
If you have anymore questions, lemme know! And good luck on your survey!
