Winter car care package?
So im going to be putting a winter package together and start promoting it. Being as my business didnt start until after the snow season I didnt have the need to put one together back then. So my question is what is every one including in their winter package that is different from their typical package?

Re: Winter car care package?
You should go out and talk to people that are your ideal customers
Ask them what kind of services they would like winter.
To many times detailers assume what services the market wants...
So you spend time/money/effort trying to come up with the 'best possible' package and then when no one wants to buy from you you blame it on the market

Re: Winter car care package?
Speak to target customers.
My own 2 pence worth is focus on interiors and windows once weather gets bad!
I diversified a little by offering frost blocker which covers the windscreen and has two side mirror covers. I get them in costco for &12.99 and sell them for £20 to £24 a pop. De-icer is also a good add on as is aluminium snow shovels.
The trick is to guesstimate how you want to spend on stock

Well im wondering for the exterior. Do your products change when snow and road salt come around? Im already using 845 as my primary wax but I dont think hyper dressing will hold up to snow and road salt on trim as it hardly holds up to rain water. Does your trim dressing change as well as other exterior products to keep up with the elements?

Re: Winter car care package?
Like you I use Collinate for winter wax but I also use pinnacle black label for interiors or poor boys world but I give the customer the choice.
I use meguairs tyre dressing or mothers back to black again I offer customers the choice.
Trim dressing I use mothers as I find it lasts a couple of weeks.
Hope this helps,
Ronan

When you say lasts a couple weeks. Do you mean typically or do you mean during the winter months?
