    New Business Card

    Guys
Please give me your opinion on this new business card.

I have a black vette and chose a black vette as my background thinking ppl would associate / remember me better.
I am also a member of the local corvette club which I hope gives me a little clout.
On the backside, I want to let ppl know some of the services I can do for them.
The backside is black and white option due to cost.
My personal info is blocked out for obvious reasons.
    Thank you for looking.

Way too busy. Not really a good font choice. Almost unreadable.

A business car isn't a page to find your services it's a tool to get them to contact you or look further into what you do.

The font, although looks cool, is difficult to read. I had to look at it too long to figure out what it said and by that time, I was tired of trying to figure it out.

    Guys
    thank you for your feedback.

    I have taken your advice.
On the front I removed the wording on the windshield and the slogan.
I moved both to the back. Leaving my contact info and club membership on the front.

On the back I removed all previous wording and now includes my slogan . The same background remains.

I agree with Scott. The contact information should be more prominent.

Man, I HATE raining on someone's effort but you are asking for feedback and have to throw my hat in....

I did not look at your first effort since so many negative feedback came in already, so let me give you my feeback on the one you just shared.

At a quick glance, I read "Shoe Shine Detailing", so I think the font is still an issue. I have never been a big supporter of artistic fonts on a business card because they are so hard to read. You have to imagine that this is going to be a small billboard and needs to be read by people of all ages, including the old and visually impaired. The scroll fonts are "artistic" but represents nothing and support nothing.

I do like the corvette idea but the whole card is super dark. I do quite a bit of photoshopping creating (including my own business card) and I have to say that visually, the card does not serve your intentions.

I would definitely support the other comments of a prominent name and phone number, and will say that it is a major plus to include your corvette membership IF you are predominantly planning on being a corvette detailer. I am a Ford man myself and I have to say that I arbor some of that GM rivalry, so the corvette backdrop and corvette membership may work against you (for someone like me).

Not trying to knock down you ideas but.......

If you don't mind, and since you seem to like a dark scheme card, let me see if I have a digitized version of my card I could share with you. I did include 4 SPECIFIC automotive icons of vehicles I love in the card (to satisfy that association) but none that are in your face as much as the corvette you have.

    Re: New Business Card

OK, I am not offended at all. This is just the stuff I need to know. I'll take another swing at it. I am kinda hung up on the Corvette theme because Corvette ppl and others like us are very particular about our cars and I want the business card to communicate I have the skill to detail a vehicle in the proper manner.
I do have a copy of the same image with a red Vette and bluish background.

Devious thats a very nice card you have. Good job.

Dr. Pain, I checked your FB page. You don very nice work.

Glad you are taking the criticisms in stride. Ultimately it is your decision as you are the one that will live with it.

I was not able to find a digitized copy so took a crude picture with my iPhone and remove part of my phone number. It will give you an idea.

P.S. Devious card is extremely nice..... but like I said, I am a Ford man
