Best service for build your own websites?

I've built a couple very nice websites using register.com but this was years ago. Who do you recommend as a host/service with decent templates or build your own set up?

I use Yahoo small business. If you want something simple it is a good way to go. If you want something fancier look elsewhere. Simple seems to work best for auto detailing. People are basically just looking for "how much" and a little info about your company.

Ipage and Wordpress. Tons of tutorials for Wordpress and picking up a book or two on HTML/CSS will help.
