Id really like to start using google adwords to get some more business, but im mobile and winters coming. not a problem for you guys in the warmer places of course! Chicago isn't the best place to be mobile in the wintertime...

oh well, i have school to focus on anyways. i can always do the occasional paint correction in my garage.

what do you other mobile guys do over the wintertime?

We usually buckle down and pick the warmest, non-precipitation days to work. Granted we are in VA it doesn't have the coldest winters, but still it gets pretty cold here. Heater in the van to keep everything warm and keep on going.

Dress in layers, wear rubber insulated boots and work in the Sun. This is my approach

We don't have it to bad here. About 14-21 days during the Winter that its unbearable. Gives me an excuse to take time off

im guessing you guys are doing ONR washes:P what concerns me is doing interior shampooing, the seats will be wet and i guess the water could freeze on them.

what about paint correction and applying LSPs? dont they take a lot of effort to wipe off if the surface is cold?

Try hot water (boiling even) in a large 5 gal Igloo water cooler, then take that with you. That gives you on-site water that won't freeze as quickly, and the warm water can boost your carpet cleaning ability.

how about applying wax or sealant? isnt it hard to wipe off when its cold?

winter is when we make 80% of are money down here in se fl and it cools down to the low 80s highs 70s .

I HATE the cold and snow... So, I moved to Florida.
