or reckless driving im sure. i tend to jump off the line on my gsxr1000, then just let go the throttle when i hit the speed limit. still have fun, but justify it at the same time? my silly logic i guess

I don't understand why someone with that kind of car is going to a $10 car wash in the first place. Don't they know that it's probably not the best wash to go to?

I think the idea for most people is, "well, if there ain't any dirt on it, it don't need no cleaning." Most car owners do not see swirls, scratches, dents, oxidation, etc. like people that are into detailing. They just see a clean shiny car. "Why should I spend a hundred dollars for a "detail when the people down the road'll do the same job fur ten bucks?" Because they don't understand what the difference is.

You should see all the swirled out Beemers in the Drs lot at work. Makes me want to vomit every time I walk in the door. My Pilot isn't near as nice but at least it is clean and shiny.

Also drove by this charity car wash on my way to pick up my wife from work. It was much easier to resist this one though...
