Re: My Detail Trailer! Lots of pics
What a great setup, that is so well planned and looks like it would be a great trailer to work out of, you have thought of everything. That is such a professional layout, I bet you could sell the design and accessories you made.. You could probably sell some completed units to guys just starting out or ones looking to move up to a trailer... You should be proud of your work.. I am sure your attention to details in your trailer carries over to your detail jobs... Just Awesome

Very nice indeed. I've often wondered if I could fit all my stuff in a 5x8. Now I know. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing. I love it. Did you use a CAD program to lay it out before building it?
Thank you! I didnt use any program, but I did use some left over foam board insulation and I cut up to the size of all of my stuff (extractor, water tank etc) so it was easier to lay out when I needed to size something up and I didnt have the item yet...

Thanks! My wife tells me that I should do that as well! I have always had a good talent for building things out of nothing.

Yes you have to be able use 100% of the trailer though since a 5x8 looks like a good size when you buy it, however when you put a few things in it you quickly realize how small it actually is!
I knew this when i bought it though, but thats what I wanted since I wanted to be able to pull it with my small s10 and I didnt want to lug around a big trailer. I wanted to fit it in my garage and be able to back it into peoples driveways so I could get close to my work area.

Awesome trailer setup. After looking at everything I feel like I have nothing. Guess I'll have to go order more stuff.
2 bucket caddy is a great idea. May have to 'borrow' the idea & build one of my own.
