    Re: Interior or Exterior?

I'm still surprised to hear that people hate doing interiors so much, ha. I think 90% of detailers probably feel the same way. Gotta say, I really don't mind them.

You guys never get exteriors alone? I get them all the time. It's wierd too, cause I set my prices up in such a way that it's a much better deal to get in and out. But people still pay me $115-$250 for interior or exterior alone services. Even when they could turn around and get a package for around $165-$225 (Silver Package), or $245-$295 (Gold). Strange, but true.

No - I get full exterior alone as well - but majority is full interior and Level I exterior for me. I hope the scales shift this year though lol. I can see myself making a bad move and telling my betterhalf after giving birth that I have a full interior - "You good to work sweetie?" LOL - that would be the end for me!

    Re: Interior or Exterior?

Hey again WOW, what an eye opener!!! LOL, Thanks so much everyone for pitching in!!!! I'm a complete new guy and had no idea that the Interior is kinda what people really want!.....interesting! I can kinda see why though, a lot of people pay to get their houses cleaned on a regular basis, people too busy, too tired, as for the exterior......well a regular car wash...I guess..........again thanks all for pitching in so much!!!!!!

    Re: Interior or Exterior?

I think it's funny that most of you guys absolutely hate doing interiors when that's my favorite part of all lol. I'm trying to make some extra cash doing detailing for friends and family and I was worried there wouldnt be a big enough market for interior-only detailing but from the sounds of it, I might be able to drum up alot of business that way
