Not a deal breaker but I don't like deposits because most places find a reason to keep them.
Mine wasn't waived but I didn't push too hard as it was before Coach Steve posted they could waive it and I didn't know if was a real option. I plan to contact them in December and ask them to return it.

Re: The Importance and Value of Weekly Maintenance Customers
So I have a potential maintenance customer, my first one. She and her husband have a newer Range Rover Sport his, Range Rover Velar hers, older BMW 328i 17y/o sons daily. They have a daughter but mostly one person in each car regularly. My price for all 3 would be for a wash and vac and decon/sealant is $260 all the way up to $625 for full details total at full price. That's based off of the Rovers are garage kept, no small children (gold fish and random fries). I am a little outside of my experience as far as this potential regular income is concerned. Obviously the initial cost to detail them will always go up with many different factors taken into account. I'm leaning towards going over and giving them an estimate in person for each one and then a multi-car discount possibly. Then I have no idea what to charge for regular maintenance, frequency of the visits, or what to cover. I just started this quarter for this year.
