    Cash or credit?

For you guys that do this for a living either part time or full time do you guys accept only cash or use a POS like square for accepting debit/credit cards?

I use square. Accept cash check or credit. I'd say maybe 25% of my customers pay by card. They do appreciate the convenience tho

Do you add the 2.5% surcharge to the total or do you take that cost?

To the people who accept alternative payment methods, what percentage of your customers pay with card? Do they do it on their own? Or is it more because you've made them aware that it's possible thanks to you being able to accept cards?

don't make a living at it so I do mainly cash but have an option for Square just in case. So far I've done either cash or Pay Pal friend transfers.

I use square and the customers think it's cool to use instead of handing over a pile of cash
