How do I clean these seats ?
They are not really like fabric upholstery you see on Hondas or toyotas. It's like a stitched
fabric.

Common in fords as well, sort of like a canvas material. I treat it the same as any other fabric.
-Dry brush and vacuum, careful with the dry brush as you can fray the fibers
-Spot treat any small stains, agitate, wet blot, dry blot
-Steam clean if soiling is light to moderate, careful with heat as it can set some stains, but is effective at boosting cleaning power on others
-Extract if soiling is heavy, you can skip the stain blotting if extracting
-Retreat stains if necessary
