There are two kinds of people that will by an oxidized 30 year old car. First is the one that did because it was in bad condition and they could buy it cheap. They'll nickel and dime everything. Second is the one that bought it knowing it could be fixed, but usually knowing is being able to fix it yourself. Not always, but that's the customer you want because they know time is $ and understand.
