Are those floor mats really clean..... maybe it's just the light, but, they still look dirty around the "lexus" logo area.

What did you use to get the pen off the headrest? I've got a little "situation" in my wife's car with a marker from one of my son's friends.

I use nail polish remover or a acetone based product. Then I wipe the area with a leather cleaner to neutralize the acetone and remove it. And then condition

No they were just really bad. The area around the logo had a lot of dirt and debris that had been sitting there for years so the dirt had become engrained in the carpet fiber. Some stains you just can't remove unless you re-dye the area. Which I do!!
