Is like a blue water line

    Or something.

Can someone experienced tell me what it is?

Looks like dye transfer to me.

Edit - whoops, nevermind. I was looking at the reddish hue. Those lines look strange.

That is what it looks like but still strange looking to me. It looks almost as if there was something liquid that changed the look of the leather in those spots and the blue line is the perimeter of the wet "stain".

Have you tried any leather cleaner on it?

    Looks like a liquid stain.

What kind of vehicle is this? Most leather is coated but if it is an uncoated leather then this could be why you have the stain.

The other option is that there was substantial spill and the liquid seeped into the foam on the seat underneath the leather and now has seeped into the underside of the leather.

That looks like you had a pen in your back pocket and got into the car. There are many threads on how to remove ink from treated leather here on the forum. I had this happen many years ago on a white vinyl seat in a old Lincoln. Scrubbed it off with APC (wow how times have changed).

Did you get in there with new wet pants/shorts of some sort. Maybe after washing it?

Looks like a stain from Blue Jeans.
