Remove Orange Peel - Wetsanding by hand and machine - Time Lapse Video
Remove Orange Peel - Wetsanding by hand and machine - Time Lapse Video
This a project we did back in 2015. The time laps video was shared in page 3 of the thread so I'm not sure anyone ever saw it. So I'm making a dedicated thread for it.
I never see any one else document projects like this. Maybe I don't know where to look?

It’s very cool you document these type of projects for sure! No other forum has the kind of information that you post but not too many companies are willing to pay someone to do so either!! You certainly have a great job and a fantastic employer than I’m sure you are thankful for.

Awesome Mike!
And no one is near of charing the information you put out. On the domestic webshops I can see some of them are putting out guides in videos. The quality has variations of both ends though. And thinks it's great for us consumers to see or read about how to use their products. Also different methods is great to watch to see if it's something to try out.
I've seen 3M has released a new line of sanding discs here in Sweden. 3M Hook It Soft Foam Sanding Disc or something like that. It's a thin foam interface with aluminum oxide abrasives adhered to the foam the color is light blue. It can be used by machine and hand and wet or dry and comes in P800, P1000,P1500 and P2000 and 3" and 6" sizes. Could be an interesting new line from 3M.
