Re: 4 Steps to restore single paint paint - 1972 Mercedes-Benz 280 SE
The 68 Red Firebird that I will be working on already has a great shine. But light swirl marks from improper cleaning methods with microfiber towels and dusters. I do not see any need for the #7 system. I like it a ton but just don't feel its necessary to restore a shine. Unless it will do more to help me in the next step ..removing the minor scratches... no glaze but a permanent removal. I have on hand D300 and D301 wax but I see that you favor Pinnacle products.

Hi Mike,
Amazing as always. Question, can I use XMT carnauba finishing glaze instead of #7 to moisturize the Paint? I ask because I purchased several bottles before it was discontinued and would like to use it if it would serve the same purpose.
Many thanks,
